This Workshop aims to show ways to develop parametric and generative design tools, based on basic folding/cutting paper techniques, and how to interpret patterns to be used in the construction of three dimensional pieces.
In the first block we will talk about the paper folding and pop-up basics, how to generate in vvvv simple parametric design tools, and export svg files. The second block is dedicated to manufacture small sculptures made by the participants, with the help of a cutting plotter.
